He was knighted in the year 2000.  Sir Charles is the recipient of the Legion of Merit Medal,   the Senatorial Medal of Freedom and the Silver Key Award, National Association of Mental Health,
Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center.
Sir Charles is the author of “The World as He sees it” published in every country including Russia.
He is the Director of the movie “Trapped inside the Beltway”  The Sundance Film Festival, IMDB,
Hollywood.
